In Chinese, we always have a saying “The Sunrise always comes after the darkest time”.

 

As a young Hong Kong artist born in 1997, the historical year in our history, and currently striving for a future overseas, I wonder: How can we move on from the past? What is our connection to home? How can we process our hybridity in different land with the ever-changing landscape and culture.

 

DAWN, is a quest to the word “home” among all memories, imagination and realities.
